Owner-first payment flow

Guest payments from Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Hotels.com, Booking.com, and direct bookings go to the owner's connected payout account, not through our operating account. Wildwood Property Managers sends a clear monthly invoice for management fees and approved services. Invoices can be paid by PayPal, Venmo, cash, check, or bank transfer. This keeps owner revenue transparent, improves cash-flow control, avoids confusion about gross rental income, and gives owners a clean paper trail for bookkeeping and taxes.

Cleaning is coordinated and scheduled between stays. Cleaning is billed at cost to the owner with full invoicing and a cleaning log. Management % is calculated on gross rental revenue only. No hidden fees.
