About Us.
I moved to Wildwood in 2004 and built my hospitality career from the ground up — starting as a housekeeper in local motels, working in restaurants, and steadily growing into property operations and management.
In 2007, I became manager of Stardust Motel, a 25-room Wildwood property on Ocean Avenue, steps from the boardwalk. Two years later I took on management of the neighboring Riviera Resort & Suites — a 36-room property with rooms, apartments, efficiencies, and two pools. I continue managing both today.

That background shapes every decision I make for client properties.
In addition to the hotels, I operate my own short-term rental property on Wildwood Island. I listed it, optimized it, manage the turnovers, handle the guests, and deal with the platforms firsthand — the same work I do for clients. I also understand the importance of building a direct booking path, so owners are not completely dependent on Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Hotels.com, Booking.com, and their platform fees. I am not just a manager. I am an owner too.
I live on Wildwood Island with my wife and son. This is my community. When property owners trust me with their investment, they get someone who is genuinely local, genuinely experienced, and genuinely invested in making their property perform.
